The office of the U.S. Assistant Secretary of Defense for Operational Energy Plans and Programs issued the third annual call for proposals for U.S. DoD's Operational Energy Capabilities Improvement Fund (OECIF) which funds science and technology programs to enhance the energy performance of U.S. military forces in the field.
